<p>What if you use the same tactics that food advertisers used on you to make yourself as thin and healthy as you want to be? It&#8217;s way more effective because what&#8217;s every food ad doing? They&#8217;re trying to create some emotion and then attach their product to it, and that creates desire and forward momentum to get it. So what if we did the same exact thing with your dream body? You can do it right now, it&#8217;s so simple, and it feels so good. All you need to do is relax your face, relax your shoulders, relax your chest, and your stomach.</p>



<p>Now, let&#8217;s take a deep breath in and slowly let it out. Take another deep breath in and slowly let it out. Now, I want you to think about your goal weight. I want you to imagine what number you would like to wake up at tomorrow. I know this is a fantasy, but commercials are fantasies, aren&#8217;t they? So, I want you to imagine the number that you want to wake up tomorrow at. I want you to imagine it was a magical evening and you woke up tomorrow morning in the exact body that you want to live in, the exact weight, feeling as good as you want to feel.</p>



<p>Now, before I even hop out of bed, I want you to feel that body on the outside. How does it feel to lie in bed with that body? Now, imagine yourself hopping out of bed, getting dressed in the exact clothes that you would put on that body, as that version of you. How do you want to dress? Put that outfit on in your mind, put it onto your body, and notice how it feels to get dressed in that body.</p>



<p>Now, imagine yourself moving through your morning, whatever you&#8217;re going to do tomorrow, same stuff, but you&#8217;re in this body, slim, healthy, energized, feeling the way you want to feel. And now, imagine yourself moving through your day, speaking with the people that you&#8217;re going to run into, but you&#8217;re in this body, as this version of you. Notice how you speak, notice how your conversations go, notice how you move, notice how you work, how you do what you typically do, but as this version of yourself.</p>



<p>Maybe it&#8217;s easier to move around, maybe it&#8217;s more comfortable to move up and down stairs, get it out of chairs, little things. Pay attention to those because they can be so powerful. Really connect to this body, feel it in every cell of your being, connect to this identity, this version of you. Notice how easy it is to make healthier food choices. Notice that you have healthy cravings when you&#8217;re thinking this way, when you feel this way. It becomes almost automatic that you&#8217;re going to maintain this weight for the rest of your life because it feels so good inside and out.</p>



<p>Now, take yourself through the rest of that day. So, it&#8217;s back to bedtime, you&#8217;re getting ready to get back in bed in that body. Get into bed, reflect on your wonderful day, knowing that the next day you get to live it all over again. The more you do this, the more you think of yourself as this version of you, the more you start to create this forward momentum, just like the advertisers are using on you.</p>

<p>There&#8217;s a hypnosis session to help you lose weight in March, and you can use it right now. Just close your eyes or defocus them and use your peripheral vision. Relax your face, relax your shoulders, relax your chest, and relax your stomach. Now take a deep breath in and slowly let it out. Take another deep breath in and slowly let it out.</p>



<p>Now bring your attention down to your stomach and relax your stomach muscles. Feel that relaxation spreading throughout your stomach area, melting away any tension that you may find. Relax your stomach and feel that relaxation begin to move up into your chest, relaxing your chest. Feel your chest open and expand as those muscles relax. Feel that relaxation moving deep into your lungs and into your heart.</p>



<p>Feel the relaxation continue to move up into your shoulders. Relax the shoulder muscles completely and totally, just let them go. And then feel that relaxation move up into your neck, up into your ears, and down into your jaw. Completely relaxing the jaw muscles, just let them go, let them relax. Feel that relaxation move over your lips, up into your nose so that with each and every breath you take, you begin to relax even deeper than before.</p>



<p>And feel that relaxation move up into your eyes and your eyelids. Really take a moment to allow your eye muscles to relax completely and totally. Feel that relaxation wash over your eye muscles as you relax your eyes. And let that feeling continue to move up into your eyebrows. Relax the eyebrow muscles.</p>



<p>Feel the relaxation move up into your forehead and down over your face, completely and totally relaxing your face muscles. Now notice this feeling, this feeling of physical relaxation, mental calm, and emotional peacefulness. Because it&#8217;s from this place that your weight loss begins. Because from this place, you can connect to the exact person that you want to be, how you want to look, and how you want to live your life.</p>



<p>So that you can lose the weight you want to lose and return down to your goal weight, and allow yourself to live there for the rest of your life, on your autopilot. A weight that makes you the happiest, the healthiest, and gives you the best quality of life each and every day. More exciting than the previous one, not just because you look better but because you feel incredible, in control of your weight, and it all starts from this feeling that you have now, of feeling calm and relaxed.</p>



<p>So you naturally and automatically begin to make healthier food choices, finding it&#8217;s easy and simple to choose healthy meals and healthy foods, to drink more water so you feel satisfied and your body feels more comfortable as you hydrate it to the perfect level so your body begins to operate like the optimal efficient machine that it is. And you begin to go to sleep earlier and get high-quality sleep, making it easier to naturally choose the right foods throughout the day.</p>



<p>And when you&#8217;re exposed to unhealthy foods, you recognize them, you see them, and you know that you don&#8217;t want them because you think about how it feels five minutes after you finish eating them, and you don&#8217;t like that feeling. Because you&#8217;re on a path of losing weight and moving towards your goal each and every day, watching the scale move down, watching the clothes fit better and better each step along this journey. And you feel yourself more relaxed and calm, which allows you to feel grounded, which makes it easy to choose the right foods, to begin to crave healthy, nourishing foods that slim you down easily and naturally.</p>



<p>The whole process is becoming more fun because each and every day not only do you begin to look better, but you feel better. And you feel like you&#8217;re living as the true version of yourself. And this can feel so nice. And you can feel this now, allowing yourself to connect to the feeling of what it&#8217;s like to live at your goal weight, in your dream body, as the person who you want to be inside and out. Healthier than you&#8217;ve been in a long time, looking as good as you can possibly look, and feeling amazing each and every day, better than the one before it. Knowing that there&#8217;s a whole path in front of you of enjoyment and satisfaction and success, and you can allow these feelings to seep into every cell of your being so that you naturally and automatically get pulled towards the goal that you have. <p>Now, from this place of physical relaxation, mental calm, and emotional peacefulness, you can begin to imagine your favorite ice cream. As you picture it in your mind, you can allow your body to remain calm and relaxed, keeping your stomach relaxed, your chest relaxed, and your shoulders relaxed. You can imagine the ice cream and notice that your response is now different; that you feel a deep sense of indifference to this ice cream while you remain calm and relaxed. Because when you stay calm and relaxed, when you think about ice cream or when it&#8217;s in front of you, it allows your mind to work perfectly. And when your mind works perfectly, it can see that the experience of ice cream is not just limited to eating it; it also includes the consequence that follows, the physical, mental, and emotional consequence that follows eating ice cream when you want to lose weight. And as your subconscious mind begins to fixate on the consequence that follows eating the ice cream, you allow yourself to make the right decision more of the time because you know when you should be eating ice cream and when you shouldn&#8217;t. </p>



<p>And when it&#8217;s not time to eat ice cream, you&#8217;re going to feel this deep sense of indifference to it because you remain relaxed, calm, and peaceful, which allows your mind to recognize the consequence that always follows eating the ice cream. Now, when you&#8217;re at your goal weight, when you&#8217;re happy with how you look and how you feel, and your overall level of health, then eating ice cream can have its place. And even along the journey to getting to that goal, ice cream has its place when it&#8217;s appropriate to eat it and when it&#8217;s not appropriate for the situation. And because you can remain calm and relaxed and indifferent, you can decide which time it is; you&#8217;re in control. </p>

<p>I want you to enjoy this feeling, this feeling of calm, peaceful relaxation, because it&#8217;s from this place, with your relaxed, calm body and mind, that you can naturally and automatically program your subconscious mind to start making healthier food choices naturally, so you can release the weight in the most effortless, easy way possible. And you can begin to do that by feeling a deep sense of love for your body, appreciating all the little things it does for you, and realizing that while you may want to look a bit different, that you still love your body. Now, that you cherish it, that you honor it, and you begin to create this physical transformation on a foundation of love, love for who you are, and love for your body.</p>



<p>And because you love your body so deeply, you want to treat it in the best way possible. You want to see just how good you can feel, so that when you imagine yourself at your goal weight in the body that you want to live in, you can connect to those feelings. Now, you can imagine waking up tomorrow morning at your goal weight in that body, feeling yourself before you even get out of bed, feeling that body, noticing what it feels like to be at that weight. And now imagine yourself hopping out of bed and getting dressed in the exact clothes that you would wear with that body. Notice how it feels to get dressed in those clothes, to be this version of yourself, inside and out. And imagine yourself moving through the day, moving through the day in this body, as this version of you. Notice how it feels, how it feels physically, how your knees feel more comfortable, how there&#8217;s less weight pushing down on you, how much more energy you have because you&#8217;re not carrying that extra weight around anymore, and how much stronger and alive you feel because your body is operating more efficiently.</p>



<p>And you feel alive and amazing physically and mentally. You begin to think of yourself as a thin, healthy person, as a person who honors and cherishes their body, and eats and lives a lifestyle that proves this. You crave healthy things, you crave water, you crave sleep and you crave relaxation. This makes your body feel so incredible. You feel alive, clear-headed, and able to think clearly. And you crave healthy foods and eating just the right amount of them. And because you start to feel this way deep within yourself, you begin to naturally act in a new way. All the unhealthy foods begin to fade from your awareness and your focus is drawn to healthy, natural, fresh foods that truly power the body that you have, so that you can increase that love you can show and shower your body with love by treating it the right way by giving it what it truly wants and craves, which is healthy, nourishing food and living a healthy, nourishing lifestyle that makes you feel absolutely incredible. And you get so addicted to this feeling of being alive, of looking how you want to look, of being the person who you know you truly are, that it almost becomes automatic for you to naturally and easily slim down so that you can comfortably live at your goal weight. </p>

So, when you start thinking about your weight and looking at it, you start getting nervous and scared and you don&#8217;t do it. The easiest way to overcome this is to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, which is easy to do. You can do it right now just by relaxing your face, relaxing your shoulders, relaxing your chest, your stomach, and taking a deep breath in. Now, slowly let it out. Take another deep breath in and slowly let it out. Now, if you want to go deeper into this, you can close your eyes or defocus them and use your peripheral vision. And, you can bring your attention down to your stomach and relax the stomach muscles as you relax those muscles feel that relaxation spreading throughout your stomach area and then feel that relaxation move up into your chest, relaxing the chest muscles. Feel your chest open and expand. Feel that relaxation continue to move up into your shoulders, moving up into your neck, up into your ears, and down into your jaw, relaxing the jaw muscles completely. Feel that relaxation move up over your lips, up into your nose, so that with each and every breath you begin to relax even deeper than before. Then let this field move up into your eyes and your eyelids, and completely relax your eyes. And let that feeling continue to move up in your eyebrows into your forehead and down over your face. So, now you&#8217;ve relaxed your body and you have activated your parasympathetic nervous system. </p>



<p>And from this place, you can begin to face this situation that you are in, recognizing that facing it and acknowledging it is the first step along the path to transforming it so that you can live in the body that you want to live in at the weight you want to live at. But, it starts by recognizing where you&#8217;re at, what you&#8217;ve done to your body in a calm relaxed way. You&#8217;ve done the best you can up until now, and so there&#8217;s no blame here. You&#8217;ve made mistakes, there&#8217;s things you didn&#8217;t know and you can accept those, recognize them and let them go because from this point forward it can be a completely new path for you, where you acknowledge that you have things to learn, things that you can prove improve on, ways to grow and evolve so you can become the person who you want to be from the inside to the outside. So that ultimately you become the person who you want to be and you live at the weight you want to live at so that you can face your body and feel wonderful about it. </p>



<p>And that feeling can begin right now. You don&#8217;t need to wait until you lose all the weight. It can start right now by connecting to your body at the moment and feeling a deep sense of love for this body that you have and begin to feel like you want to take better care of it, that you want to optimize it, that you want to make it the best body that you can make it. And it all starts by recognizing that you can change your life in this moment that every moment is another chance to turn it all around. And understanding this allows you to accept the situation for what it is even if you&#8217;re not happy with it, knowing that you can change it right now and create a completely different future for yourself. So start that process today and you&#8217;ll be happier tomorrow that you did.</p>

Take another deep breath in and slowly let it out. Now, bring your attention down to your stomach and relax your stomach muscles. Feel that relaxation spreading throughout your stomach area, melting away any tension that you may find and feel that relaxation begin to move up into your chest. Relax in the chest muscles, feel your chest open and expand as that relaxation moves deep into your lungs and into your heart. Feel it moving up into your shoulders, relaxing the shoulder muscles. Feel your shoulder muscles become nice and relaxed and feel that relaxation continue to move up into your neck, up into your ears, and down into your jaw. Relax on the jaw muscles completely and totally. Feel that relaxation begin to move over your lips, up into your nose, so that with each and every breath you take, you begin to relax even deeper into this comfortable state of calm relaxation. Now, feel that relaxation move up into your eyes and your eyelids. Feel the muscles of your eyes relax completely and totally. Feel that relaxation wash over the muscles of your eyes as you enjoy that feeling and let that feeling of relaxation move up into your eyebrows, up into your forehead, and down over your face, so that all the muscles of your face completely and totally relax. </p>



<p>Now, from this calm, relaxed place, you can feel your body relaxing even more with each and every breath you take. You can feel yourself connecting to your body and this is important because it&#8217;s from this place that you can start to communicate more clearly with your body. So you can recognize when you are truly hungry and need to nourish your body with food and when that hunger is actually a signal for something else. So many times when you feel hungry, when you relax into the moment and connect to your body, you&#8217;re going to find that it&#8217;s a message, a signal for something else. Oftentimes when you thought you were hungry, you&#8217;re going to realize that you were actually thirsty, that your body actually needed water and it was signaling you that it wanted some water in it so you could be more hydrated so your body could feel better from that water but you thought it was hunger. But now you can feel and know the difference between when you naturally need food to nourish your body and when you need some water to drink. </p>



<p>Now the next message you may get sometimes that you thought was hunger, is that your body just needs some rest. So you may have thought that you needed to eat when, in reality, it was your body saying we need some rest, let&#8217;s take a nap, let&#8217;s relax our body, let&#8217;s take a break. And so you may find your desire to sleep more increases when you thought it used to be hunger and it can feel so nice, because when you start giving your body what it truly needs, it begins to thrive and you begin to feel better than you ever have in your entire life. The weight naturally starts to fall off of your body as you return to your goal weight. Understanding clearly when your body is actually hungry, it needs nourishment and when your body needs rest or water or micronutrients, sometimes your body sends you a message to eat, but it wants you to eat foods that are highly nourishing so that you can satisfy your micronutrient requirements. And you begin to recognize this desire of your body and you begin to feed your body what it truly wants, nourishing each and every cell of your being with healthy, natural foods that satisfy your micronutrient requirements, so that your body begins to thrive. It begins to hum along and it feels better than it has in a long, long time, because you start to give it exactly what it needs. And as you continue down this process of really understanding what your body is asking for, you begin to transform from the inside out into the exact person you have always wanted to be. And you begin to realize that the more relaxed you are, the more you nourish your body. And the better you hydrate yourself, the less hungry you feel. And when you are hungry, you listen to your body and you nourish it. And now, as you allow this awareness to sink into every cell of your being, you can enjoy this feeling and know that there&#8217;s more of it to come. </p>

So, all you need to do to go into a comfortable trance is just to close your eyes or defocus them and use your peripheral vision. Relax your face, your shoulders, your chest, and your stomach. Take a deep breath in and slowly let it out. Take another deep breath in and slowly let it out. Now bring your attention to your stomach area. Relax those stomach muscles and feel that relaxation spreading throughout your stomach area, relaxing all the muscles, feeling the organs relax, and feel that relaxation of up into your chest. Relax the chest muscles, feel your chest open and expand as that relaxation was into your lungs and into your heart. Feel the relaxation continue to move up into your shoulders, relax those shoulder muscles and feel the relaxation begin to move up into your neck, moving up into your ears, down into your jaw so that all the muscles of the jaw relax completely and totally. Now feel that relaxation move over your lips, up into your nose, so that with each and every breath you take you begin to relax even deeper than before and feel that relaxation up into your eyes and your eyelids, completely relaxing the eye muscles. Feel that relaxation spreading to every single cell of your eyes and your eyeballs, moving up into your eyebrows, up into your forehead and feel the relaxation move down over your face into all the muscles of your face, so the muscles of the face are completely and totally relaxed. </p>



<p>Now from this place of physical relaxation, you&#8217;ll notice how much easier it is to breathe and how nice it feels to just turn inwards and relax your body and quiet your mind. Because from this place, your subconscious mind can begin to be programmed to do better on your Weight Watchers plan. And you know what you want to do and by relaxing and allowing your subconscious mind to take control of your behaviors, you can begin to decrease the hunger that you&#8217;ve felt, so you feel more satisfied with smaller amounts of food. You&#8217;re easily able to fit in your points comfortably because your appetite has reduced. The more relaxed you become and with each and every breath you take, it becomes easier to see yourself succeeding to feel the way you need to feel in order to thrive with your plan to easily be under your points each and every day, naturally, simply living your life but finding it so much easier to eat less because your appetite reduces in ways that you can&#8217;t explain but that you feel and notice, and it all starts just by relaxing your body and you begin to notice the results happening right before your eyes as you see yourself slimming down as you feel yourself cooling down and it becomes so easy for you to eat just the right amount of food and you begin to get amazing results following your plan and it feels so good to be on track to get the results you&#8217;ve been after and you realize that it&#8217;s so easy to get these results because you can do it just by relaxing just by turning your attention inwards and you begin to imagine yourself at your goal weight and as your subconscious mind grabs onto that image of you at your goal weight looking exactly how you want to look you begin to tap into a deeper motivation a motivation that makes it easy and automatic to eat just the right amount of food. </p>

Now, bring your attention to your face and relax all the muscles in your face. Relax your shoulders, relax your chest, relax your stomach and allow that feeling of relaxation to move into every cell and nerve of your body, so that you allow yourself to relax and to breathe comfortably as you do. Now, you can bring your attention down your stomach and you can relax the stomach muscles even deeper. You can feel that relaxation moving throughout your stomach into the organs, everything relaxing and feel that relaxation we&#8217;re going to move up into your chest. Relax in the chest muscles, feel your chest open and expand as that relaxation begins to move down into your lungs into your heart and feel it moving up into your shoulders, moving up into your neck, all the way up into your ears and down into your jaw. Relaxing your jaw muscles completely and totally and feel that relaxation begin to move up over your lips up into your nose so that with each and Every Breath You Take, You begin to relax even deeper than before. As you feel that relaxation begin to move up into your eyes and eyelids, completely and totally relaxing the eye muscles, give them the break that they deserve for looking out for you and feel that relaxation move into your eyebrows, up into your forehead and down over your face so that all the muscles in your face are completely and totally relaxed and you can enjoy this feeling of complete and total relaxation because it is from this feeling that you can change your weight comfortably and you can do that by beginning to listen to your body. </p>



<p>Your subconscious mind communicates to you through your body, but it communicates in whispers, so you need to listen closely. And when you think about the evening and how you want to go through it, if you listen to your body, your body wants to take a break from eating, so that after you finish dinner, you are done for the night, dinner and done and that allows your body to take a break from digesting food because digestion uses a lot of energy. So when you stop eating after dinner, you&#8217;re going to find that your body has more energy and you&#8217;re going to find that your sleep becomes much, much deeper and more restful, so you wake up with more energy and you feel proud of yourself when you reflect on the previous evening and how you did not eat anything and very soon you&#8217;re going to start to notice that your weight is going down and it&#8217;s almost as if it&#8217;s happening by magic, but you know that it&#8217;s only happening because you&#8217;re listening to your body as it begins to slim down naturally and comfortably simply because you stop eating after dinner. Now, sometimes you may feel a craving and if you do, how you can handle it is by relaxing the same way that you&#8217;re relaxing now, just allowing that relaxation move deep into your body and from this place, it&#8217;s so much easier to choose a glass of water or if you want to snack on something, something very light so that you can sleep deeply and wake up in the morning feeling proud of yourself and so that you can slim down naturally and easily. Now, I&#8217;m going to count from one to five. </p>



<p>When I say five, your eyes will be open, you&#8217;ll be fully awake, completely refreshed and relaxed. Number one, slowly and easily returning to your full awareness once again. <p>Now connect to this feeling because it&#8217;s from this place of physical relaxation, of mental quiet and emotional calm, that you can begin to program your subconscious mind to begin to help you lose weight, to cause you to begin eating differently automatically to begin making healthier choices on autopilot. And this happens simply because you begin to send your subconscious the message that you want to live in a thinner body, a body that&#8217;s healthier, happier, and slimmer. And you can begin to imagine this body by imagining that it is tomorrow morning, tomorrow morning and magically overnight you have transformed into the exact body that you want to have at your goal weight, in the body that you want to live in. And before you even open your eyes, you can feel your body and notice that it feels different than it did just yesterday, it feels slimmer, leaner, healthier. And you imagine yourself hopping out of bed, imagine yourself getting dressed in the clothes that you would wear with this body. So, imagine the exact outfit you would like to wear and put onto this body you at your goal weight. Now imagine moving through the day in this body as this version of you because this transformation was not just an external one, it was an internal one as well. So not only have you lost weight, not only are you slimmer, but you also feel happier, happier because not only do you have this body that you want to live in but you&#8217;ve done it in a natural and easy way where you naturally and automatically begin to make healthier food choices, where you naturally and automatically begin to make healthier lifestyle choices. You begin to do the things that your body needs to slim down to the exact weight that you want to live out, and you begin to behave in a way where you become the exact person you want to be, all the things that you want to experience in your life happen magically and you can allow yourself to imagine that reality right now. Imagine moving through tomorrow at your goal weight as the person who you want to be. </p>



<p>Notice how you move, notice how much easier it is to move up and down stairs, to get in and out of cars, notice how you speak with other people with a new found sense of confidence, a new found sense of happiness and peace because you&#8217;re now living not only in the body that you want to live in but your living is the person who you want to be. You now move through your day with a new found sense of ease and grace, confidently moving through your day speaking with people and feeling comfortable in your own skin. Allow yourself to imagine all the things that come with this new body and this new life, the new friends, the new experiences, the new opportunities. Allow yourself to fully immerse yourself in this new reality and notice how it feels to be in this new body, to be living this new life. And as you do this, you are programming your subconscious to automatically make the choices that will lead you to this new reality, to this new body, to this new life. Now as you continue to imagine this new reality and feel it becoming more and more real. </p>

<p>This is a hypnosis session to make you feel thin. Now go along with this because the more pleasure you feel when you think about being thin, the easier it is to lose weight and you can do this session right now just by closing your eyes or defocusing them and using your peripheral vision. Relaxing your face, relaxing your shoulders, relax your chest, and relax your stomach. Take a deep breath in and slowly let it out. Take another deep breath in and slowly let it out. Now bring your attention down to your stomach and relax your stomach muscles. Allow that relaxation to spread throughout your stomach, relax those muscles, feel it relaxing your organs and feel that relaxation moving up into your chest, relaxing the chest muscles, feeling your chest open and expanding as that relaxation moves deep into your lungs and your heart. Feel that relaxation moving up into your shoulders, relaxing the shoulder muscles, feel moving up into your neck, feel a relaxed face move into your ears and down into your jaw. Relax the jaw muscles completely and totally, and feel that relaxation move over your lips, up into your nose. So, with each and every breath you take, you begin to relax even deeper and feel that relaxation move into your eyes and your eyelids. Let all the little muscles of your eyes relax completely and totally, and feel that relaxation into your eyebrows, up into your forehead, and down over your face. </p>



<p>Now, connect with your body and notice this feeling when you relax your body and you quiet your mind, it feels nice and from this place, you can imagine your body the way you want it to be. Allow your imagination to take over and see your body the way you want it to look. Imagine yourself in the clothes that you want to wear, notice how that feels, notice how it feels to move through your day in this body, how people respond to you, how you walk. Do you walk with more confidence? Do you walk taller? Do you feel better about yourself? What do you hear people saying to you? How are you speaking to others? Does your voice sound different because you feel more confident? Go into those feelings and imagine all the little details that come from living in that body. Just allow your mind to imagine those things, notice what it feels like to move around in that body, to move through the world, has that version of you and the deeper you go into this pleasure, the easier it is to naturally make healthy choices to choose just the right amount of food so your body looks exactly this way so you can feel this way day in and day out. </p>



<p>I&#8217;m going to count from one to five. When I say five, your eyes will be open, you&#8217;ll be fully awake, completely refreshed and relaxed. Number one, slowly, easily returning to your full awareness once again. Number two, each muscle, nerve in your body is loose, limp, and relaxed and you feel wonderfully good. Number three, from head to toe, you feel amazing in every way. On the number four, you become aware of the room that you&#8217;re in and the body that you&#8217;re breathing into. And on the next number, I count, eyes open, fully awake, completely refreshed and relaxed. Number five, eyes open, take a deep breath in and have a great day.</p>
