					<description><![CDATA[Good post.  I do think people get too wrapped up ion what they weigh and neglect to focus on how they feel.  Weight is a number and it can fluctuate and demotivate a dieter so quickly.  Instead, i think if people focused on working hard when they work out and eating well when they sit down for meals, they will be in a better, healthier position. Weight should only ever be a guide and nothing more.
