At the age of 9, I witnessed my father suffer a massive heart attack and die.

Despite repeated attempts by his doctor telling him to change lifestyle and lose weight, he simply couldn’t change his habits.

For the majority of his adult life he was overweight and unhealthy and in time that contributed to him passing away at just 54 years old, leaving behind a wife and two boys under 10. 

I swore I would never be like that, yet by the age of 20 I was heading down the same path. I was 50 pounds overweight, tired, stressed out, binge drinking and deeply depressed.

At my lowest point I made the decision to turn my health around.

I committed to finding and implementing the most effective habits for creating a state of peak physical, mental and emotional well being.  

Thankfully, in my search for a solution I stumbled across Yoga, Hypnosis and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and within a short time, I dropped the 50 pounds, was sleeping better, had more energy and was feeling more alive than ever before.

The best part was that it was easy. I wasn't relying on willpower. My new habits felt so good, that I literally became addicted to them, and still am to this day.

I was so excited about my results that I got certified as a Yoga instructor, Master Hypnotist and NLP trainer so that I could help others do the same.

Before You Decide To Join

This isn’t for everyone.

If your main goal is to lose weight as fast as possible this isn't for you (you may like the HCG diet).

You're going to have to commit 1-2 hours a week to watching the trainings and at least 15 minutes a day to get incredible results.
