When I Was 9 Years Old My
Father Died Of A Heart Attack

It was the worst moment of my life. It devastated me, my mother and my 6 year old brother.

He was the center of our world.

Even at 9 years old.  I knew his weight, health and lifestyle were factors.

He was obese, a smoker and worked nonstop (he owned a muffler shop). 

I swore I'd never go down that path. 

10 years later. I was 50 pounds overweight. Binge drinking regularly. Eating out of control.  I felt terrible. 

It was around this time I remember looking in a mirror at myself. Thinking about my father and the path I was on. 

At that moment I made a commitment to myself...

I was NOT going to make my kids go through what I went through.
I had to make a change. 

And then something crazy happened.

I was at Babson College working on a Finance Degree. And they had a hypnotist perform. His name was Jerry Valley. 

I didn't know it then. But that hypnosis demonstration would lead to me become one of the top weight loss coaches in the world.

I saw with my own eyes how powerful hypnosis and the mind were.

I began studying everything about hypnosis and the mind I could find.

I quickly learned how to control my behaviors by "programming" my mind. 

With this new ability I began eating better. Stopped drinking. Started doing yoga. And dropped 50 pounds.

It was a complete "inside-out" transformation. All because I learned how to run my own mind.

I got certified as a Master Hypnotist and NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) Trainer and Yoga Instructor. Opened an office and began working with people.

My specialty was weight mastery.

    Before You Decide To Join

    This isn’t for everyone. 

    So let me get all the potential sticking points out of the way up front. 

    If your main goal is to lose weight as fast as possible this isn't for you (you may like the HCG diet).

    This is a one year program. It's a long term, strategic solution to mastering your weight.
