Why is it that we can package whey protein in a can, sell it for a fortune and call it out as a great protein product for anything from body building to weight loss; but when we put it on an ingredient label, it goes from being a great source of protein to filler! And you pay a fortune for seaweed in a health store and it is desirable, but use a component of it in a food product and it is suddenly vile stuff! Nobody said this was natural cheese, but don't make it sound like a chemistry experiment! If you are going to inform people, lets keep it real.
