The hypnosis session to help you naturally reduce your hunger and you can use it right now. All you need to do is just follow along with the sound of my voice. Close your eyes or defocus them and use your peripheral vision. Relax your face, relax your shoulders, relax your chest, relax your stomach, and take a deep breath in and slowly let it out. Take another deep breath in and slowly let it out. Now, bring your attention down to your stomach and relax your stomach muscles. Feel that relaxation spreading throughout your stomach area, melting away any tension that you may find and feel that relaxation begin to move up into your chest. Relax in the chest muscles, feel your chest open and expand as that relaxation moves deep into your lungs and into your heart. Feel it moving up into your shoulders, relaxing the shoulder muscles. Feel your shoulder muscles become nice and relaxed and feel that relaxation continue to move up into your neck, up into your ears, and down into your jaw. Relax on the jaw muscles completely and totally. Feel that relaxation begin to move over your lips, up into your nose, so that with each and every breath you take, you begin to relax even deeper into this comfortable state of calm relaxation. Now, feel that relaxation move up into your eyes and your eyelids. Feel the muscles of your eyes relax completely and totally. Feel that relaxation wash over the muscles of your eyes as you enjoy that feeling and let that feeling of relaxation move up into your eyebrows, up into your forehead, and down over your face, so that all the muscles of your face completely and totally relax.

Now, from this calm, relaxed place, you can feel your body relaxing even more with each and every breath you take. You can feel yourself connecting to your body and this is important because it’s from this place that you can start to communicate more clearly with your body. So you can recognize when you are truly hungry and need to nourish your body with food and when that hunger is actually a signal for something else. So many times when you feel hungry, when you relax into the moment and connect to your body, you’re going to find that it’s a message, a signal for something else. Oftentimes when you thought you were hungry, you’re going to realize that you were actually thirsty, that your body actually needed water and it was signaling you that it wanted some water in it so you could be more hydrated so your body could feel better from that water but you thought it was hunger. But now you can feel and know the difference between when you naturally need food to nourish your body and when you need some water to drink.

Now the next message you may get sometimes that you thought was hunger, is that your body just needs some rest. So you may have thought that you needed to eat when, in reality, it was your body saying we need some rest, let’s take a nap, let’s relax our body, let’s take a break. And so you may find your desire to sleep more increases when you thought it used to be hunger and it can feel so nice, because when you start giving your body what it truly needs, it begins to thrive and you begin to feel better than you ever have in your entire life. The weight naturally starts to fall off of your body as you return to your goal weight. Understanding clearly when your body is actually hungry, it needs nourishment and when your body needs rest or water or micronutrients, sometimes your body sends you a message to eat, but it wants you to eat foods that are highly nourishing so that you can satisfy your micronutrient requirements. And you begin to recognize this desire of your body and you begin to feed your body what it truly wants, nourishing each and every cell of your being with healthy, natural foods that satisfy your micronutrient requirements, so that your body begins to thrive. It begins to hum along and it feels better than it has in a long, long time, because you start to give it exactly what it needs. And as you continue down this process of really understanding what your body is asking for, you begin to transform from the inside out into the exact person you have always wanted to be. And you begin to realize that the more relaxed you are, the more you nourish your body. And the better you hydrate yourself, the less hungry you feel. And when you are hungry, you listen to your body and you nourish it. And now, as you allow this awareness to sink into every cell of your being, you can enjoy this feeling and know that there’s more of it to come.

And now, I’m going to count from one to five, and when I say five, you’ll be fully away, completely rested and refreshed. Number one, slowly and easily returning to your full awareness once again. Number two, each muscle, nerve in your body is loose, limp, and relaxed, and you feel wonderfully good. Number three, from head to toe, you feel amazing in every way. On the number four, you become aware of the room that you’re in and the body that you’re breathing into. And on the next number, I count, eyes open, fully away, completely rested and refreshed. Number five, eyes open, take a deep breath in, and have a great day.
