This hypnosis session is to make you lose weight in December. And you can use it right now; just follow along with the sound of my voice, close your eyes, or at least defocus them, and use your peripheral vision, relax your face, relax your shoulders, relax your chest and relax your stomach. Take a deep breath in, and slowly let it out. Take another deep breath in, and slowly let it out. Now bring your attention down to your stomach and relax your stomach muscles. Any tension that you find allowed to melt away as this relaxation spreads throughout your stomach area. Relaxing all the muscles all the organs in that area and feel that relaxation move up into your chest? Relaxing your chest muscles feel your chest open and expand as that relaxation moves deep into your lungs and into your heart feel that relaxation continue to move up into your neck up into your ears and down into your jaw, relax the jaw muscles completely and totally and feel that relaxation move over your lips up into your nose so that with each and every breath you take, You begin to relax even deeper than before.
Now feel that relaxation move up into your eyes and your eyelids relax. Those eye muscles feel that relaxation wash over all those muscles and enjoy that feeling, as that relaxation continues to move up into your eyebrows up into your forehead and down over your face, so that all the muscles of the face completely and totally relax now notice. This feeling this feeling of physical relaxation of mental quiet and emotional calm, because it’s from this place that your eating is going to transform so that you’re able to enjoy the holidays more than you have in a long time, while simultaneously eating in a way that allows you to lose weight naturally and automatically, because when you feel the way you feel right now you naturally and automatically make better food choices. You relax your body and boost your metabolism as you relax and calm down, you’re able to make better choices easily and naturally healthier foods. Look more appealing to you when you begin to eat them in moderation, so you feel satisfied and comfortable while simultaneously losing weight without even realizing it and, as you begin to slim down each and every day, you begin to feel better and better about yourself, and it happens automatically and naturally – and this is a month where you really enjoy everything you have in your life, you begin to take stock of all the wonderful things that are happening for you, things that you’re grateful for things that you’re happy about and as you allow yourself to bask in those feelings of gratitude of happiness of joy, it becomes easier and easier to choose the right foods because you fulfill yourself emotionally with a real, genuine emotion. You feel happier you begin to look on the bright side of things and that allows you to naturally make healthier food choices and to live in a way where your body begins to burn any excess fat, naturally and automatically.
And here and there you’re going to find yourself enjoying some Christmas and holiday treats and that’s fine, because once in a while is not going to make any difference to your weight, because the majority of time you choose and desire and crave healthy nourishing foods that help You slim down on autopilot, and you will be one of the few people that begins the new year with the momentum of feeling amazing, of having lost weight and feeling good about yourself for everything that you’ve done this month. Because each and every day, the more relaxed and calm you feel the easier it is for you to lose weight. Naturally, it happens as if it were magic. It magically occurs and it seems like magic because it’s so simple, it’s so easy to begin to eat in new ways that allow you to burn off extra calories and they just happen to burn away automatically, naturally easily. That’s the path that you are on beginning right now and your subconscious mind can do this, for you automatically. All you need to do is just relax your body quiet your mind and connect to this feeling of calm in your subconscious. Mind will naturally choose the foods that allow you to slim down easily and naturally.
And now I’m going to count from one to five, and when I say five you’ll be fully away completely rested and refreshed. Number one ,slowly, easily, returning to your full awareness once again. Number two, each muscle nerve in your body is loose, limp and relax, and you feel wonderfully good. Number three, from head to toe, you feel amazing in every way. On the number four you become aware of the room that you’re in, the body you’re breathing into. And on the next number I count, eyes open, fully awake, completely rested and refreshed, number five, eyes open, take a deep breath in and have a great day.
