This is a hypnosis session to make you feel thin. Now go along with this because the more pleasure you feel when you think about being thin, the easier it is to lose weight and you can do this session right now just by closing your eyes or defocusing them and using your peripheral vision. Relaxing your face, relaxing your shoulders, relax your chest, and relax your stomach. Take a deep breath in and slowly let it out. Take another deep breath in and slowly let it out. Now bring your attention down to your stomach and relax your stomach muscles. Allow that relaxation to spread throughout your stomach, relax those muscles, feel it relaxing your organs and feel that relaxation moving up into your chest, relaxing the chest muscles, feeling your chest open and expanding as that relaxation moves deep into your lungs and your heart. Feel that relaxation moving up into your shoulders, relaxing the shoulder muscles, feel moving up into your neck, feel a relaxed face move into your ears and down into your jaw. Relax the jaw muscles completely and totally, and feel that relaxation move over your lips, up into your nose. So, with each and every breath you take, you begin to relax even deeper and feel that relaxation move into your eyes and your eyelids. Let all the little muscles of your eyes relax completely and totally, and feel that relaxation into your eyebrows, up into your forehead, and down over your face.
Now, connect with your body and notice this feeling when you relax your body and you quiet your mind, it feels nice and from this place, you can imagine your body the way you want it to be. Allow your imagination to take over and see your body the way you want it to look. Imagine yourself in the clothes that you want to wear, notice how that feels, notice how it feels to move through your day in this body, how people respond to you, how you walk. Do you walk with more confidence? Do you walk taller? Do you feel better about yourself? What do you hear people saying to you? How are you speaking to others? Does your voice sound different because you feel more confident? Go into those feelings and imagine all the little details that come from living in that body. Just allow your mind to imagine those things, notice what it feels like to move around in that body, to move through the world, has that version of you and the deeper you go into this pleasure, the easier it is to naturally make healthy choices to choose just the right amount of food so your body looks exactly this way so you can feel this way day in and day out.
I’m going to count from one to five. When I say five, your eyes will be open, you’ll be fully awake, completely refreshed and relaxed. Number one, slowly, easily returning to your full awareness once again. Number two, each muscle, nerve in your body is loose, limp, and relaxed and you feel wonderfully good. Number three, from head to toe, you feel amazing in every way. On the number four, you become aware of the room that you’re in and the body that you’re breathing into. And on the next number, I count, eyes open, fully awake, completely refreshed and relaxed. Number five, eyes open, take a deep breath in and have a great day.
