The hypnosis session to help you lose weight in January and you can use it right now, just follow along with the sound of my voice. Close your eyes or defocus them, use your peripheral vision. Relax your face, relax your shoulders, relax your chest and relax your stomach. Now take a deep breath in, slowly let it out. Take another deep breath in and slowly let it out. Now bring your attention down to your stomach and relax your stomach muscles. Let any tension just melt away as you feel that relaxation spread throughout your stomach area and then feel that relaxation we get to move up into your chest, relaxing your chest muscles. Feel your chest open and expand as that relaxation moves deep into your lungs and into your heart. Feel that relaxation continue to move up into your shoulders, relaxing the shoulder muscles completely and totally, just let them relax and then feel the relaxation continue to move up into your neck, up into your ears and down into your jaw, relaxing the jaw muscles completely and totally. Now let that feeling of relaxation move over your lips, up into your nose so that with each and every breath you take, you begin to relax even deeper than before. Now let that feeling of relaxation move up into your eyes and your eyelids. Allow the muscles of your eyes to completely and totally relax. Feel that relaxation washing over all the muscles of the eyes and then imagine that relaxation moving up into your eyebrows, feel it moving up into your forehead and down into all the muscles of your face. Let all the muscles of your face just completely and totally relax.

Now connect to this feeling because it’s from this place of physical relaxation, of mental quiet and emotional calm, that you can begin to program your subconscious mind to begin to help you lose weight, to cause you to begin eating differently automatically to begin making healthier choices on autopilot. And this happens simply because you begin to send your subconscious the message that you want to live in a thinner body, a body that’s healthier, happier, and slimmer. And you can begin to imagine this body by imagining that it is tomorrow morning, tomorrow morning and magically overnight you have transformed into the exact body that you want to have at your goal weight, in the body that you want to live in. And before you even open your eyes, you can feel your body and notice that it feels different than it did just yesterday, it feels slimmer, leaner, healthier. And you imagine yourself hopping out of bed, imagine yourself getting dressed in the clothes that you would wear with this body. So, imagine the exact outfit you would like to wear and put onto this body you at your goal weight. Now imagine moving through the day in this body as this version of you because this transformation was not just an external one, it was an internal one as well. So not only have you lost weight, not only are you slimmer, but you also feel happier, happier because not only do you have this body that you want to live in but you’ve done it in a natural and easy way where you naturally and automatically begin to make healthier food choices, where you naturally and automatically begin to make healthier lifestyle choices. You begin to do the things that your body needs to slim down to the exact weight that you want to live out, and you begin to behave in a way where you become the exact person you want to be, all the things that you want to experience in your life happen magically and you can allow yourself to imagine that reality right now. Imagine moving through tomorrow at your goal weight as the person who you want to be.

Notice how you move, notice how much easier it is to move up and down stairs, to get in and out of cars, notice how you speak with other people with a new found sense of confidence, a new found sense of happiness and peace because you’re now living not only in the body that you want to live in but your living is the person who you want to be. You now move through your day with a new found sense of ease and grace, confidently moving through your day speaking with people and feeling comfortable in your own skin. Allow yourself to imagine all the things that come with this new body and this new life, the new friends, the new experiences, the new opportunities. Allow yourself to fully immerse yourself in this new reality and notice how it feels to be in this new body, to be living this new life. And as you do this, you are programming your subconscious to automatically make the choices that will lead you to this new reality, to this new body, to this new life. Now as you continue to imagine this new reality and feel it becoming more and more real.

I’m going to count from one to five. When I say five, you’ll be fully awake, completely refreshed and relaxed. Number one, slowly, easily returning to your full awareness once again. Number two, each muscle, nerve in your body is loose, limp and relaxed, and you feel wonderfully good. Number three, from head to toe, you feel amazing in every way. On the number four, you become aware of the room that you’re in and the body that you’re breathing into. And on the next number, I count, eyes open, fully awake, completely refreshed and relaxed. Number five, eyes open, take a deep breath in and have a great day.
