There’s a hypnosis session to help you lose weight in March, and you can use it right now. Just close your eyes or defocus them and use your peripheral vision. Relax your face, relax your shoulders, relax your chest, and relax your stomach. Now take a deep breath in and slowly let it out. Take another deep breath in and slowly let it out.
Now bring your attention down to your stomach and relax your stomach muscles. Feel that relaxation spreading throughout your stomach area, melting away any tension that you may find. Relax your stomach and feel that relaxation begin to move up into your chest, relaxing your chest. Feel your chest open and expand as those muscles relax. Feel that relaxation moving deep into your lungs and into your heart.
Feel the relaxation continue to move up into your shoulders. Relax the shoulder muscles completely and totally, just let them go. And then feel that relaxation move up into your neck, up into your ears, and down into your jaw. Completely relaxing the jaw muscles, just let them go, let them relax. Feel that relaxation move over your lips, up into your nose so that with each and every breath you take, you begin to relax even deeper than before.
And feel that relaxation move up into your eyes and your eyelids. Really take a moment to allow your eye muscles to relax completely and totally. Feel that relaxation wash over your eye muscles as you relax your eyes. And let that feeling continue to move up into your eyebrows. Relax the eyebrow muscles.
Feel the relaxation move up into your forehead and down over your face, completely and totally relaxing your face muscles. Now notice this feeling, this feeling of physical relaxation, mental calm, and emotional peacefulness. Because it’s from this place that your weight loss begins. Because from this place, you can connect to the exact person that you want to be, how you want to look, and how you want to live your life.
So that you can lose the weight you want to lose and return down to your goal weight, and allow yourself to live there for the rest of your life, on your autopilot. A weight that makes you the happiest, the healthiest, and gives you the best quality of life each and every day. More exciting than the previous one, not just because you look better but because you feel incredible, in control of your weight, and it all starts from this feeling that you have now, of feeling calm and relaxed.
So you naturally and automatically begin to make healthier food choices, finding it’s easy and simple to choose healthy meals and healthy foods, to drink more water so you feel satisfied and your body feels more comfortable as you hydrate it to the perfect level so your body begins to operate like the optimal efficient machine that it is. And you begin to go to sleep earlier and get high-quality sleep, making it easier to naturally choose the right foods throughout the day.
And when you’re exposed to unhealthy foods, you recognize them, you see them, and you know that you don’t want them because you think about how it feels five minutes after you finish eating them, and you don’t like that feeling. Because you’re on a path of losing weight and moving towards your goal each and every day, watching the scale move down, watching the clothes fit better and better each step along this journey. And you feel yourself more relaxed and calm, which allows you to feel grounded, which makes it easy to choose the right foods, to begin to crave healthy, nourishing foods that slim you down easily and naturally.
The whole process is becoming more fun because each and every day not only do you begin to look better, but you feel better. And you feel like you’re living as the true version of yourself. And this can feel so nice. And you can feel this now, allowing yourself to connect to the feeling of what it’s like to live at your goal weight, in your dream body, as the person who you want to be inside and out. Healthier than you’ve been in a long time, looking as good as you can possibly look, and feeling amazing each and every day, better than the one before it. Knowing that there’s a whole path in front of you of enjoyment and satisfaction and success, and you can allow these feelings to seep into every cell of your being so that you naturally and automatically get pulled towards the goal that you have. So that by the time March ends, you are in a new body, a body that’s well on its way to being the exact body that you want to have.
And now, in a moment, I’m going to count from one to five, and when I say five, you’ll be fully aware, completely rested and refreshed. Number one, slowly and easily returning to your full awareness once again. Number two, each muscle and nerve in your body is loose, limp, and relaxed. You feel wonderfully good. Number three, from head to toe, you feel amazing in every way. On the number four, you become aware of the room that you’re in and the body you’re breathing into. And on the next number I count, eyes open, fully aware, completely rested and refreshed. Number five, eyes open, take a deep breath in and have a great day.
