This is a hypnosis session to help you have more success with your Weight Watchers plan, and you can use it right now or save it for later to listen to. And again, the more times you listen to it, the more effective it becomes. So, all you need to do to go into a comfortable trance is just to close your eyes or defocus them and use your peripheral vision. Relax your face, your shoulders, your chest, and your stomach. Take a deep breath in and slowly let it out. Take another deep breath in and slowly let it out. Now bring your attention to your stomach area. Relax those stomach muscles and feel that relaxation spreading throughout your stomach area, relaxing all the muscles, feeling the organs relax, and feel that relaxation of up into your chest. Relax the chest muscles, feel your chest open and expand as that relaxation was into your lungs and into your heart. Feel the relaxation continue to move up into your shoulders, relax those shoulder muscles and feel the relaxation begin to move up into your neck, moving up into your ears, down into your jaw so that all the muscles of the jaw relax completely and totally. Now feel that relaxation move over your lips, up into your nose, so that with each and every breath you take you begin to relax even deeper than before and feel that relaxation up into your eyes and your eyelids, completely relaxing the eye muscles. Feel that relaxation spreading to every single cell of your eyes and your eyeballs, moving up into your eyebrows, up into your forehead and feel the relaxation move down over your face into all the muscles of your face, so the muscles of the face are completely and totally relaxed.
Now from this place of physical relaxation, you’ll notice how much easier it is to breathe and how nice it feels to just turn inwards and relax your body and quiet your mind. Because from this place, your subconscious mind can begin to be programmed to do better on your Weight Watchers plan. And you know what you want to do and by relaxing and allowing your subconscious mind to take control of your behaviors, you can begin to decrease the hunger that you’ve felt, so you feel more satisfied with smaller amounts of food. You’re easily able to fit in your points comfortably because your appetite has reduced. The more relaxed you become and with each and every breath you take, it becomes easier to see yourself succeeding to feel the way you need to feel in order to thrive with your plan to easily be under your points each and every day, naturally, simply living your life but finding it so much easier to eat less because your appetite reduces in ways that you can’t explain but that you feel and notice, and it all starts just by relaxing your body and you begin to notice the results happening right before your eyes as you see yourself slimming down as you feel yourself cooling down and it becomes so easy for you to eat just the right amount of food and you begin to get amazing results following your plan and it feels so good to be on track to get the results you’ve been after and you realize that it’s so easy to get these results because you can do it just by relaxing just by turning your attention inwards and you begin to imagine yourself at your goal weight and as your subconscious mind grabs onto that image of you at your goal weight looking exactly how you want to look you begin to tap into a deeper motivation a motivation that makes it easy and automatic to eat just the right amount of food.
And now I’m going to count from one to five and when I say five you’ll be fully awake, completely refreshed and relaxed. Number one, slowly easily returning to your full awareness once again. Number two, each muscle nerve in your body is loose, limp and relaxed and you feel wonderfully good. Number three, from head to toe you feel amazing in every way on the number four, you become aware of the room that you’re in and the body that you’re breathing into. And on the next time I count, eyes open fully, completely refreshed and relaxed. Number five, eyes open, take a deep breath in and have a great day.
